Thank goodness! I hate the complex controls of any of the baseball games in recent years from any company including TTWO. Seriously. The last good baseball game I played goes all the way back to Sega's World Series Baseball on the Saturn in 1998. I think that game is the great great grandfather of the 2K series, but I wouldn't swear to it.
Even The Bigs was a little too over the top for me with respect to the insane arcade moves, but I liked it much better than those games that try to make it ultra realistic.
