Is this POS thinking of going private????
Nobody will take private an entity with little or no free cash flow like Tellabs. Dell is highly profitable, and it has and will have tremendous free cash flow.
TLAB is an excellent candidte for going private -- even as they lose money on a regular basis (for a decade!), they still crank out cash despite their ineptness at manageing costs and business.
Dell and TLAB both have significant increases in cash (35% and 23%) for the last qtr-to-prior year statements, but in TLAVBs case they do it without making money.
Someonewill come in and turn itbasically into a combo holding company (for the established annuity programs) and a SMALL skunkworks for product improvements, cut everything else, and collect cash.
I wouldnt put nothing past these crooks!
