We havent had any real bad news come in the last 2 days to warrant the drop in PPS. Looking at similar stocks in the industry under $1 with good, neutral, or unknown news such as our case. Their PPS hasent seen nearly the same PPS drop as ACUS percentage wise. It is obvious even to a novice like myself that something is not kosher with the recent drop in ACUS PPS. Unless I am wrong and maybe there is some insider thing going on here and a few individuals are trying to get alot of shares really cheap. I just feel like I needed to vent that.
I honestly think it could be people that bought on the up last week, held for a few days this week thinking that pps could sky rocket, and when it didn’t they just sold out a little to no profit. They probably are taking the risk of selling now, making a quick double, or 2, playing some other stocks (abk comes to mind) until December, and then coming back in for the 12/10 decision. If you think about it, for traders I don’t think this pps drop is too amazing.
Of course I did think we would be up around .75 to $1 after the partnership news, but I don't think anyone even watches this stock, so its hard to really drive the price up and keep it there.
Notice how hpeter brought in some back up this last week. They bring the price down with 100 share sale and keep the bid side low as soon as they drop it the bid side loads up, fill it then start it over again.
