I wouldn't look for any resignations. Leaders today have no sense of shame. None. Most saw a good example of no shame with bill clintons' mess. No shame,no blame. It worked for him so they figure it will work for them. So far,it has. Besides quitting will probably put millions in their pockets. Should I stay or should I go. Hmmmmm.......See my point?
The bottom line is that RMBS's mgmt has established a basis for a shareholder derivative action. I would be very surprised if you don't see one filed very soon. But, then again, I was surprised that one wasn't filed against SNDK's mgmt for its reckless failure to close a deal with Samsung and the stock's subsequent 80% decline from the levels it held while the offer was on the table.
