Dan Niles upgraded Intel to Strong Buy

Niles is a Siri Lanka immigrant-who has fallen in with pooling(illegal since the 1933 SEC Act)thieves out to trash America and good solid franchises like INTC.

I call for an SEC investigation!

    • The amazing thing is CNBC is all 'over' this type of manipulation.....a FINREG dedicated to CNBC alone is required, as it is mostly individual investor who has to rely on their 'public' broadcasting, and yet, they abuse this privilege.

I feel that this guy and Maria B are working together with a whole lot of other people to manipulate, manipulate, manipulate, so only poor individual investors suffer.

No wonder the individual investor involvement in US capital markets is falling off the cliff..

    • Perhaps an investigation should be made of all those who were pumped up on INTC over 22.00 and those who were arguing what a great buy at 20.87 or so right before ex dividend. The downgrades proved correct as INTC warned after the downgrades and the anaylsts arguments were proven true.

    • I second that call.

Throw the lousy crook Niles in Jail.
Actually, an American prison cell is too good for the clown. Throw him in a Mexican prison system with the members of the drug cartel.

How about sending me away forever to a deserted island only populated by girls and being forced to eat steak and lobster every day and where coconuts water is used to brew toddy a local drink native to south east asia. And no radio, no TV just an occasion cruise line stopping by and dropping a few new bunch of girls while the tired ones are send back to civilazation to spend the rest of their lives on a rocking chair(s).
