You could not be more wrong. Intel has a thriving monopoly on the X86 market.
What that means:
1. High profit margins, and earnings per share.
2. Intel knows how to block out competition by using forceful methods - such as multi-billion dollar secret payments to Dell and threatening HP with crippling consequences if they were to buy a competitor's competing processors.
Go ahead. You do it!!! Many of us will happily remain bullish on Intel for the long haul. The brilliant engineers are working tirelessly to make sure Intel is #1 sooner rather than later. The first sign of (new) Growth and the wave of negative sentiment will change on a dime. One thing for sure, the patient shareholders will be rewarded and BEARS like you will make a quick flip flop.
