    Sure, but it's size the whole SOC, not just the ARM core.

    At the same die size, the 22nm will have 38% more xtors over 28nm...

    Or if they have the same xtors count,
    then the 22nm part will be smaller, faster,
    less power, and cheaper...

    CISC gives the x86 a speed advantege over RISC by doing more per clock.

    Do you think the ARM-64 will be CISC ??
