Motorola Atom Razr I beats ARM dual-core Razr M in battery

Medield is not two cores but two threads and you already know that Geekbench is recording it incorrectly so no need to repost the error. How about showing any javascript benchmark in which Krait beats Medfield, oh that's right there are none. Javascript/Browsing performance is more important to a typical phone user than multi-core geekbench performance which is what you are posting. Medfield makes for a better internet phone than Krait and last longer while doing so.

While the core count is wrong, it shouldn't change the numbers as they are based on running threads (which is correct). So I think the Geekbench numbers *are* valid - although I could be wrong;)

As for Javascript, I couldn't find find any M tests beating I, I did find some for newer phones (same chipset), but not a fair comparison as browsers/OS would be different.

The high Javascript performance of medfield V it's low scores in other benchmarks is talked about in other threads such as:

    • A multi-core benchmark is not the same as a multi-threaded benchmark. In real world performance tests (engadgetDOTcom and others), Medfeld beats Snapdragon. A 32nm 5 year old ATOM, beating a 28nm Snapdragon in battery life and performance.

ARM is SLOW, cannot run Windows well. Its done.
