Wally you forgot we have to survive Paul's conference call. Last qtr we were up .50 after hours untill he put his foot in his mouth and we went down 1.50 and he wouldn't shut up. We still haven't hit the 23/ share afterhours that we were at last qtr. Maybe thats why we gave him a 10% salary increase last year and added another 15 million in stock options and pension contributions for Paul's 2012 annual comp. They also extended similiar increases to all senior management while the stock holders lost 50 billion in stock holder equity.
Well this will be one of the most interesting conference calls in Intel's history. I don't know what the current numbers will reflect and don't much care. I just want to hear about the projections for the rest of the year. I really enjoyed how Paul and Stacy B-slapped some the most obnoxious analysts around in the last conference call. It should be fun and interesting no matter the results. I'm hoping that they have at least one surprise announcement.
Worst Case: A great buying opportunity for the ramp up through the rest of the year.
Best Case: Improved guidance and a surprise announcement or two.
