Intel handed Lehman $1.0b cash for share buyback.
Lehman handed Intel collateral for the $1.0b cash.
Lehman keep Intel's $1.0b cash and did not repay.
Intel foreclosed on the collateral.
I suspect that the lawsuit is going to say that Intel should have returned the Lehman asset so it could be distributed evenly among Lehman depositors. Intel will probably that the two transactions were legally tied and Intel took the legally responsible action.
Intel was pretty conservative and guarded shareholders equity very nicely.
I didn't think Lehman still existed. They were run by a bunch of #$%$.
Hope Goldman sees the same fate as Lehman.
If Intel has to return anything to Lehman than all of Lehmans managers, directors, ANALysts, and so forth should be put together as a group and work for the rest of their pathetic lives to return all the losses their shareholders endured as a result of their pathetic decisions.
