was going to buy some more at 22.64, the recent low. but it appears we will go lower in this decline, especially if we have any kind of market correction. when the price was 22.64 in june the market was at 14,758.
Just my nontechie opinion: 3rd qtr results may also show declining revenues, since some new chips still being rolled out and people are not likely to rush and buy new consumer PCs regardless of new Intel Inside because what they have still working + MSFT's fumble with Win 8. Hades, word is a lot of corporates (and consumers) still holding on to Win 7! INTC being so closely linked to MSFT's actions/fumbles really, really hurts. Best time to buy may be after 3rd qtr report, since the hope is by then the worst is over MSFT finally figures it out, INTC chips have had time to demonstrate, and it will all come together beginning fourth qtr. 4th Qtr may also be a loss, but if it loses by less than what is expected, then it is a win for INTC
This is a long term strategy for Intel. Nobody is going to call for the resignation of the CEO, they can bring on the pain the rest of the year. Then in January Intel will blow the numbers out of the water and make it appear that everybody loves Baytrail. It will blast past any news that ARMH has at CES (which may not be much).
