Goldman's Covello had not been correct. His reports are extreme. However I do not agree with the title of this thread. Covello is in no way trapped. Neither are shorts. Short money has done very well ducking in and out of this stock. The only people that lose are those who pass up opportunities to by or sell for a profit.

You release the normal "reiterate" document, leave the SELL in place but slowly bump up the target price without saying anything about it. The "REITERATE SELL" is what gets propagated. Extrication is no big deal.
