Do you not mean Buy into the Loss? I have a slight suspicion that TSLA isn't going to have any earnings this quarter or this year, unless you want to qualify that by negative earnings. Or did you mean Buy before the next "secondary" issue? There is a good chance you will be faced with that long before there is any Buy into the Earnings.
Tesla is going to report another loss but they will also hint at a bright future profit. That's all it takes. The analysts and bloggers will ignore the failure to ship 5,000 cars in 2012 and feed our greed with the glorious prophecy of 20,000 sales in 2013.
Firstinflite, you continue to blab about shorts getting burned. I fail to understand your logic (most adults must say this about you). If shorts are currently getting burned, at what point did the shorts invest, at the Tesla high point, you cretin? Do you honestly think those who invested heavily into shorting Tesla had an entry point well below $30? If so, how does this happen? Is there a mirror stock "universe" where shorts buy at $20 and ride the stock to $35 only to get squeezed?
How about explaining yourself? Your little diatribe about your investment strategy was simply hilarious. It was only "out-dumbed" by your comments regarding the sale of your business for $169 K. Believe me, people with that type of busines in no way, shape, or form hire appraisers to determine worth. Usually, you count the change in the cash register and count the inventory with both hands. That should suffice! Really, what rational adult would openl discuss the merits of such a paltry business, if you could call it that?
