Driving through Cupertino, CA past Apple computer today I was passed by a beautiful Tesla Model S. Sleek, quiet and smooth looking. Then I took a look around at the crowded gas stations selling fuel for $4+ per gallon, a bunch of auto repair shops working on internal combustion engines and transmissions, and a handful of smog check stations, and it occurred to me that the Model S owner will never have to deal with any of those places ever again. Tesla to $70 this year. Electric cars are our future and Telsa is leading the pack.
I'm seeing a lot more tesla's on the road like Elon has promised. Everytime I see one I would gawk, the drivers nearby would also gawk. Gas prices is the first thing I think about after I turn away from looking at a tesla.
