Ive read that someone gets dizzy in the car. That may because they are being exposed to to many ions. One should look into the negative health effects of a electric car. Now i am worried. i ceratianly hope being in the car doesnt cause cancer. that would be a major negative for tesla motors.
All things are possible.
The same question came up about the Prius and some said experts yes. Most said no. some few reported problems with the Prius. Headaches, tiredness, falling asleep at the wheel etc.
So if you are worried about your personal or your families physical safety then stay away from buying the car.
No one can prove it is safe to the satisfaction of all.
If your concern is about an investment in Tesla,
Such reports and fears aside, the Prius is now one of the top selling cars.
I think there are problems with an investment in Tesla but electro-magnetic waves is not one of them.
I'm a physics Ph.D so let me answer it for you. It's very low frequency (not like radio/microwave frequencies) electromagnetic field not to mention the motor is well shield. It's no more dangerous than your household audio speakers. So the answer is a definitive NO. Nice try though.
Do laptops? cellphones? radios? TVs? Sure they all have an effect on your body, and maybe a Tesla might as well. Would it be anything that we don't already experience with the devices I listed above? No. Is it more dangerous then inhaling gases from ICE vehicles? definetly not! People literally commit suicide by inhaling exhaust fumes, I don't see anything of that nature happening with a Tesla.
This is just awesome. Did you get your jargon from watching old episodes of "Lost?" Electric cars produce too many ions? Ions make people dizzy and cause cancer? Only Tesla makes "electro-mechanical" cars? And the basis for this series of unconnected thoughts: "I've read that someone gets dizzy in the car."
I've got one: I've read that polar bears eat seals. That may be because there are no McDonalds' in the arctic. Someone should look into the health effects of eating Big Macs on polar bears. The last time I ate a Big Mac on a polar bear I got special sauce all over his back. This could be bad news for McDonalds investors.
But seriously, dude, best post ever. Keep up the brilliant work.
Congratulations that is one of the dumbest posts I have read on here. It is by far the dumbest not made by kboddie, Okloser, or Balllicker! Driving or riding in a Tesla won't give you cancer, however being short on TSLA will cause you severe financial pain and may cause you to file bankruptcy.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Has the FDA ceritified your claim that driving in the electro magnetic field of a TSLA car, that you wont get cancer? Or are you just making a statement like that of person in a bar at 1am after too many drinks? Meaning, are you drunk or stoned out on weed? Yes or no?
