People don't seem to understand that a massive debt looms and is due in 2013. The BOD allowed corrupt management to sell the only viable asset this company had (battery).
With the least efficient solar panels, declining product sales and declining revenues, this company is running full steam into a brick wall.
Who would possibly finance this deceitful, arrogant self serving management team? There is no "power shingle" and the company has NOTHING the public wants.
AT $1.20 per share, the dilution for financing would be massive. A reverse 1:10 stock split would be in order for existing shareholders (even if the money was found).
This stock is a LOSER, just like the management team.
WOW, crazyworld .....
ok, we have some longs and some shorts .... some pumpers and some dumpers .... BUT ...
if you think that the reason this stock is way down is due to misinformation, you're in a serious state of denial ! So what's suppose to happen? One day we wake up, the smoke clears, the "real truth" becomes known to ALL, and we all bid the stock back up to 10. Get real. The stock price of this company, and any company is a result of current and perceived future performance - in the case of this company; those both SUCK ! ...and so we have a stock worth little more than a buck a share ... PERIOD !
The debt is actually miniscule compared to the future sales of the company.
They will have NO trouble refinancing with pretty favorable conditions.
There will NOT be massive dilution.
Stock is only way down here due to MASSIVE disinformation and scare tactics.
Trading at less than cash and revenue bankruptcy is approaching. Only reason why it is still over 1.00 is the major debt payment isn't due till 2013. Might get a couple more pump and dumps before that. One thing also to think about ENER has been around 20 years and has done nothing but lost money for 20 years. A reverse stock split and dilution may be able to keep listed and trading on the nasdaq for another 20 years lol.
You say the future will bail them out? Here is your future!
No wonder insiders keep dumping them free shares they get as fast as they get them.
