    People can do their own research on Tenesol which as been in business for 28 years. It has 800 employees in 18 sites. It has two manufacturing
    plants one in France and Africa. It has shown pretty good growth recently. It is in the same business as Spwr so their are synergies and cost savings to be had. Over all it is a good fit in my opinion but people should do their own research.
