They have done that repeatedly on major moves. They used to bring Gordon Johnson out, but stopped when fslr shot up from 15 to 45 - he said it would go to 0. I wouldn't worry, there are other analysts who like it and there is still a huge short interest in all the solar stocks which as you know have to be covered at some point.
they are holding out the good stuff for the 15th. As great as teh currnet numbers are, I think the story that will come out on the 15th will shed light on what the future will bring. New technology, major market share gains in a growing global market, and better pricing environment - huge upside to Sunpower.
