Dell Computer Corporation (DELL) Message Board

I've long been a supporter of Dell. The stock's rise and fall is just something that happens in the market. Michael Dell and his employees are part of a world revolution in enabling people to communicate. Take notice of his charitable contributions... I applaud them all for their integrity, commitment, and service to humanity. Even if the stock price went to zero I would still believe that their efforts to transform society were well worth their efforts. I can understand the complexity of their accounting problems. Many people may have chosen to return their products when the Sony batteries proved defective. That was not Dell's fault and Sony is taking full responsibility financially. Time has proven that Sony batteries were also defective for other computer companies. Dell is trying to provide the masses with channels to communicate at affordable costs. They're not trying to make money, primarily, but to serve humanity. If this goal is judged defective I think people who are simply trying to cash in on Dell should rethink their priorities. We need companies like Dell who care for education and for the less fortunate...I will never stop believing in this company and hope you all will support them in their efforts and good will.
