Been there, done that. I'm really good at giving up smoking---done it many times. The hard part is surviving the urge, when it hits. So, try this: When you just gotta have one, say okay, I will but, I'm going to wait one minute, first. Apparently, the urgency to have a cig diminishes greatly after about 60 seconds. Then your brain takes control again and your resolve to not smoke can dominate. Of course, if it occurs after your third DeWars and rocks, all bets are off.
