As a long I'm as concerned as the next person, and, I wasn't happy that management didn't have a better handle on their process for 2Q BUT, I'm also not ignorant, I knew the risks and accept that if the worse happens it was my doing. All the blood sucking attorneys circling the company absolutely disgusts me. And, in the absence of any evidence that management lied or left out material facts that should have been made available to investors, of wich there is none to date, I wish they would all simply take their bloodsucking selves back to where they came from. OT - Given all that is going on, the stock is showing surprising stability!
They lawyers kind of act as paid enforcers of the securities laws. If management did nothing wrong the case will be dismissed. If there is evidence that they did something wrong then yea there will be a settlement which assuming this is a well managed company will be covered by insurance.
The other issues (capital needs and production) are much more important than the class action cases.
