Well, I obviously don't share your vision of the future, but I understand your position.
The competitive nature of the business you speak to so eloquently demonstrates why it is important to have strong capitalization. When the marketplace for your goods is stressed for an extended period (as it has been for HPQ and other tech companies), the strong (read well-capitalized) have a much better chance to survive. Doing things the same old way won't get you to the finish line, IMHO.
Let's watch the patent count over the next couple of years.
