"Iran contracts decree fans Prophet cartoon furore". We've all read about this. How would we feel if someone published a similar cartoon with the image of Jesus Christ? I'm sure many would be very upset. Now, the Iranians are refusing contracts with the countries where those images were printed. Meanwhile, the West has decided that the independent free country of Iran is not allowed to pursue development of nuclear power and is meeting to decide punishment of Iran for not complying with UN demands for inspections.
Is it just me or are we headed straight into an Iran conflict? Let's see, Afganistan, Iraq, and next Seria ad Iran. I'm not taking sides, just speculating what this will do to the stock market and what Bush's no energy energy policy fully implemented will do to it. I think I will make darn sure my home is as near to my work as possible to get ready. Personally, I think Bush will use the war with Iran to cover up his failed economic policies.
Don't you just love it when they broadcast that you lied about something when they are totally wrong but don't consider that they have lied about you lying?? I am wondering if Z is going to defend Castro for cozying up with the president of Iran and bringing him right outside of our own backyard to thumb their noses.
"lib ... did u ever APOLOGIZE to this message board for the lies u posted about what clinton said
and apologize for linking us to an iranian donation site??? "
Sorry for the delay in responding to your message. The link I provided, in my response to that initial question, should take you to a site called "Iran va Jahan". There you should also have a link to audio file of the Rose interview with Clinton at Devos. The good think about the audi file is that you folks can not say it is a lie. In Clinton's words, Iran was the mose progressive country at the time.
I don;t need to apologoze for letting you see and hear what you do not want.
You certainly can find the article and the audio tape on internet by searching for key words like "clinton at devos about Iran". "who should apologize to who by Taheri".. Do your own search buddy.
Again, sorry for delay in responding. I work for a living and don't have much time to spend doing this type of crap"-). Even though I really love this stuff...
>>Tolerance & respect for others, their views, and minding one's own's business is a lost art in today's world.<<
I'm afraid that is an art that never has been to lose. Man has always been self-centered and self-serving and always will be. It just goes with the territory.
The thing is, if that were man's basic nature, we wouldn't need the 10 commandments. The whole purpose of the 10 commandments isn't so much to tell us what to do, but to show us how far we are from what we should do.

4. This behavior marks you as an irresponsible, immoral jerk. (You will object.)
