    Autonomy - What is HP telling customers?

    Reading into the complaint, it seems to imply Autonomy wasn't as good as they have been promoting. If you are a potential customer, do you pay a premium for this product? Why would you?

    If you are an existing customer, do you ask for a refund?

    Seems like HP is screwing HP with this complaint.
