That's a mighty tall order for a group currently so attractive to [and influenced by] vehemently vocal, venal, data-adverse, historically revisionist, absolutist exclusionists.
Jindal is obviously dipping his toe in the 2016 waters.
Still . . . Even with his straw-man presentation of the current administration's policies, he is a great deal more likely to attract Independents and Blue Dogs than the last batch of clowns fielded by the GOP in 2012.
