RQI is on the positive side of the auction rated preferred lockup. It is costing them about 4.5% inside the lockup, meanwhile they are catching their 10% to 15% inflow from their REITs. Is that why the dividend stayed constant?
The dividend will look even better in a couple days when the price is 10.
