GPRE Extracts Record 42 Million Pounds of Oil .71 per bushel
Patent infringing AMTX is incapable of achieving yields in the .71 pound range. You can expect yields from the infringing systems to be roughly 18% lower or around .59 pounds per bushel.
GERS is the inventor of this technology that ICM stole even after signing a non-disclosure non-compete agreement. Producers that work closely with GERS continue to set oil extraction records.
For example, patent infringing REX has consistently reported extracting in the .59 pound range with the same infringing AOS equipment that PEIX purchased from ICM. In contrast, GERS' customers BIOF and ANDE reported .88 and .90 pounds in the same quarter.
GPRE achieved record corn oil yields in Q3 extracting 42 million pounds. With the addition of Adkinson, yields are expected to be 45 million pounds per quarter, or 180 MPY. This is great news for GPRE and GERS.
As GPRE grows stronger and purchases more plants, GERS' grows along with them. The stronger GPRE gets, the more able GERS is to protect GPRE's competitive advantage over patent infringing AMTX.
