Investors are pricing many corps at bk prices. Look at GE, AA, CBS, C, BAC, ODP, ALU, etc. That explains why TUES and others are priced at these levels. In Tuesday's case even though they are debt free and may break even on earnings for the current year investors have lost faith in management's ability to provide fairly accurate guidance. The market does not uncertainty. Management would be better off not giving guidance at all or giving low guidance and beating it. My concern now is will they still get the financing from BAC that they reported earlier this year.
