I have nearly doubled my position in this stock, since it dropped below $1....which the vast bulk of the purchases occurring between 51 and 76 cents. There appears to STILL be a block weighing on the stock, and I am looking to buy SIGNIFICANTLY more stock, on any move down to the 40-45 cent range, which, if the market remains weak, is certainly a possibility.
Right now, TUES is trading EXCLUSIVELY on fear. Those who are selling don't know HOW the read a balance sheet, and don't CARE to read a balance sheet. The tail of the stock price is wagging the dog of the PERCEPTIONS of the company's fundamental value. EVENTUALLY (I don't know when), that will equalize. I tend to THINK we will see a bounce back to $1 in fairly short order....but who really knows with this market. In the meantime, I am THRILLED to buy this thing at 1/10 of tangible book value, like 15-18% of net current assets, and about .35x previous peak earnings, they achieved, back in the mid 2000's. I see $1+ in EPS, in a few years, as a virtual certainty here, and you KNOW where the stock price is going to be trading, in a few years, if they earn $1+ in EPS again.
In the meantime, the company is a SIGNIFICANT candidate for a takeover, at these kind of distressed discounts.
This longtimefollower is a charlatan when he tells you that he is averaging down. He is not. He is liquidating his position and if you are buying to average down you are buying the very same shares he claims to be holding. DO NOT believe the biggest lie of all "This is the real deal" because it's not. Do not be suckered into being a bag holder.
You will see anytime you attempt to question the fundamentals of a stock you will be labeled a basher. Pumpers do not need anyone planting seeds of doubt in the minds of the "low hanging fruit". This is how they make a living. They will get very nasty when you even suggest a particular stock might not be ten bagger. In case you missed it DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES ON THE BOARD. It is a charlatan taking advantage of novice investors by saying that he is averaging down.
