So is that a real problem? Did you lose any real capabilities over their online platforms? If you extrapolate those actions then eventually the client base will back using phone trading. Gee, I wonder how much that costs them verses online trade?
They turn off internet access to your account. No warning, no explanation. I thought there was a problem with my computer. You are only allowed to make trades over the phone.
It cemented my decision to leave TD.

Can you be MORE SPECIFIC - these types of post are not helpful if you are not... I have "complained" - given Constructive Feedback - vociferously for weeks and no privileges are lost (see I know what I signed 20 years ago)...
Knowledge is Power - as told me by heat inspector in NYC - (they inform NYC landlords they are coming unless one without heat/hot water states "do not notify landlord" (who would know)... he just said - but now you do!
