I always have to close it and relaunch it. Anybody else experience this?
yep happens to me but was not sure if it was amtd or my computer. Guess I will contact their tech support. usually happens with several windows open and trade arch in background
So as long as people don't use their computer normally, it should work okay??
BTW, it's really bad today. Quotes & Level II are completely messed up.
It is a junk platform. Yes, it freezes up and provides bad data. Many of us have moved on or are directing our trading activity to accounts we have at other brokerages.
Yes, it does freeze frequently. Some windows removed from it still function but the quotes are unreliable.
