The FDA needs to test products that contain sugar and yeast to see what happens after it gets to full maturation to find out what levels of harmful chemicals are being produced. People don't have any control over the temperature of their body and elevated temperatures will speed up the fermentation process.
ALL milk based products should NEVER have ANY measurable amounts of alcohol. They should also be forced to tell the consumer what is in the culture that is added to the milk, but it isn't on the label. Personally, that is a label violation in my opinion.
