I'm no scientist (nor do I play one on tv), but I think that scientific principle only applies at the quantum mechanics level.
In any event, if you wouldn't mind emailing what your chart predicts to firstname.lastname@example.org, I'd be interested in seeing it.
Thanks and good luck.
Hopefully the statement that got added to the fed's statement at the end of the trading day will give a boost to the markets tomorrow. I'd feel more comfortable if we were sitting in the mid 22's right now.
Here's that original article I was looking for..
This was posted BEFORE the referenced material affect article on ATI in previous post..
"Despite the recent fire at Advanced Semiconductor Engineerings (ASE) Chungli plant, sources at ASEs major customers such as Intel, Nvidia, ATI Technologies and VIA Technologies said the impact on their products will be limited."
Intel's 915 chipset unaffected, but..
"Orders from Intel account for about half of the NT$300-400 million worth of monthly sales for ASEs BGA (ball-grid array) packaging, according to sources.
Sources from Nvidia, ATI and VIA also indicated that the fire did not impact their products, as most of the orders they place with ASE are produced at its Kaohsiung plant."
What was Greenspan's future comments, anyone?
ATI may have high end cards delivery set back until June from that fire at the ASE plant caused by a boiler explosion (they think)
$320 million in damages!
I've been watching it, and thought ATYT and Nvda had denied material affect from it, but the first article below doesn't look pretty for ATI.
1,500,000 flip chips per month for ATI are pumped out there..
I'm in the heart of the "Bible belt", and though you may "feel good" in your accusations, your assumption that any deemed "cult" is actually based (and not merely claimed) on the Bible requires that you study it yourself to make this determination. Have you?
Any Bible professing and studied people would not heed a cult since the premise of a cult is that it is ruled by an authoritarian leader.. The Bible is the ultimate source of Truth and revelation from God for the Christian as the Book itself claims to be. As Martin Luther said, no man is above it (even a "pope"). Jesus, on whom Christianity is based, was a servant until death whose teaching is to love and serve one another in love, "the greatest among you shall be he who serves the most"..
Not a request for authoritarian power, but a confident assurance of sonship to the King through His paid adoption (death on the cross), and hope for subsequent glory with Him based on His promises..
God gives rain from heaven on the just & unjust, expects His followers to love their enemies..
Now if by "maniacal", you refer to unswerving adherance to God and His Word/teaching/and Gospel, recieving correction through people using His word, I presume one would be glad to accept such a title and charge. The early Christian followers were charged with "turning the world upside down" (by religious leaders), yet unveiling God's Messiah via eye witness testimony, showing His fulfilling God's predicted Messiah to come using the preserved Torah, Prophets & canon Scripture; loving one another and sharing what they had with each other, was their only "crime".
I live in the Southeast US, where it's hard to distinguish cults based on the Bible from other fanatical cults, all of whom profess to be the sole owners of the truth. Indeed, those cults that are based on the bible seem to house the most maniacal members.
