    Beware of Google

For small business it's better to have Paypal (or Payment Tech or Authorize.net)
We just got scammed. A customer bought a pair of sunglasses from us over 6 (Six) ago. For unknown reason (Google does not state it), Google just took our money and return it back to the customer. Others Payment-Processors will not do it. Only Google does.
Let's talk some sense. If something goes wrong, do you wait 6 months to dispute it?
It (Google) does not bother to even state why. Seem to me that Google employees don't care about its customers.
Beware, Google will take your money.
Google Phone, Google Payment ... Stay away from Google. No thanks.

    • Paypal does this all the time. In fact, Checkout has a pretty good structure in place that is skewed slightly in favor of the seller. Buyers have to actually prove that an item was not delivered or not as described, and unlike with Paypal, Checkout won't take your money after one or two days...

...oh yes, if a buyer files a claim with Paypal a day after paying, Paypal will freeze a seller account and/or take money out of the seller's account.

    • That never would've happened with PayPal.

Shame on you for not using PayPal as your first payment of choice.
