smart investors would get out. with taxes looming and the way it treats its sellers, after 12 years of selling I am done. They have dished me for the last time, and when obama gets his tax wishes they will be done.
Just ignore Flything and his nasty comments (as usual) below. He doesn't know you but thinks he knows your business (as usual). One would think he would keep his head a little tighter up his hole as he makes his money underground cheating and all his pals in his Gang Of Imperfects are 'fly' by night ebay tax cheats who can't make a dime if you nailed it to their back. At least this time he left me, Midnite, HIM and HER out of his typically bitter diatribe.
Same here the fair tax act will pretty much end my selling on ebay..along with ppl being able to return anything for any reason.. I have quit buying to resell for the most part and putting my large items in a physical store, yard sale the low end items, and looking take the rest to a local auction.
flyktning is a bitter fool and a fountain of misinformation. eBay was founded on peer to peer sales and small merchants. As for the "tax cheats" comment, last time I checked sales tax was on a state-by-state level and not required for out of state transactions.
@gunn7r - The Fair Tax act was introduced by Sen. Saxby Chambliss [R-GA] and is co-sponsored by 7 Republicans. It will never pass.
