One difference between eBay and Netflix is whenever I call Netflix customer support with an issue like a broken DVD, I get a representative who speaks English. Call eBay and you get some high-pitched Asian girl in the Philippines or her equally effeminate male countrpart~ always waiting for one to say "Mee so #$%$. Go boom boom for American seller"
Customer service is the #1 issue 99.9% of US consumers have. You'd think eBay might figure outsourcing their customer service to brain dead Asians who have no clue might actually impact their business. That's the reason I employ T-Mobile, Brighthouse, Bank of American an other companies that have professionally trained, English speaking representatives who can get to the root of your problem without having to call a supervisor.
