EBAY ALLOWS LOW FEEDBACK BUYERS TO DESTROY ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES
It is ridiculous for Ebay to allow a zero or low feedback customer to leave malicious feedback for an established powerseller. There needs to be a feedback interview process or at least some restrictions on who or what type of feedback can be left. If the customer received the product they ordered on time, THEN THAT'S IT!....They should not be allowed to leave a negative feedback because they didn't like the tone of an e-mail response. C'MON EBAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why was the tone bad in the 1st place? Some Power Sellers think there God's gift to eBay because they move a lot of merchandise. If your rude to a customer you deserved bad feedback. Clean up your act there's always some else to take your place if you don't. eBay owes you nothing.

Only the buyer knows the answer to that....Maybe he was in a bad mood.......Don't know???...but this about business, not about someone having a hissy fit because he doesn't like the tone of an e-mail...That is is ridiculous! Ebay needs to simply ask the buyer two questions before he/she is allowed to leave feedback.......1) DID YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM YOU ORDERED IN THE CONDITION LISTED 2) DID IT ARRIVE WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED TIME....If the answer is YES to both, it's an automatic positive.
