You know one thing that yells the loudest in my mind is that this particular stock and this industry is governed by the federal government...I mean think about the impact that has on your thought process...I still say that once the feds make their position known it will relax the minds and the pockets of investors...Lots of stocks out there that you can lose your shirt on but to invest in a stock that you can lose your shirt on AND have major repercussions with the federal govt. is a horse of a different color...We just have to see how this shakes out with the feds...
I'm thinking that fedgov is losing its grip on the states. With Obamacare showing the way, the States (States = sovereign countries, btw) are rediscovering nullification, which is exactly what California, Washington and Colorado have done. There are now many other States that are eying following those nullification actions with their own.
MJNA has a legal sustainable business no matter what the feds do. Slowly all those old crooks will be voted out of congress by the people... even if they knock us down, we will get back up and knock them out in due time. You can take that to the bank.
What yells loudest in MY mind are the unconstitutionality of the Feds interfering with interstate commerce, and the continuing, exceedingly vocal ignorance of Prohibition advocates. (I'm waiting for the 'baby in the oven' variety horror stories to get hyped again, as they did in the late Sixties.)
