Notice that in the presentation he didn't have a slide on anybody actually complaining about Herbalife. Surely if there really are 2 million people that have been ripped off, he would of found some that would come forward to speak ill. Nope. Not a one.
Also the other huge hole in his argument, is that he hasn't study what motivates distributors to join Herbalife. Actually, i think he did study this, but what he found out really hurt his cause. Most distributors are just looking for a little extra income (nobody actually believes that they can be a millionaire from selling the stuff) and to consume a little product. So his whole aregument about feeding off of peoples hopes and misleading them is not accurate. He would have to find people who actually thought they could get rich off of selling herbalife. He didn't present anybody who thought that and was then ripped off. This is a big flaw in his reasoning.
