One of Ackmans ridiculous claims is that there is no expiration date on the products. A Herbalife rep was at my home today and showed me the product. The first thing I did was turn the product upside down and low and behold on the bottom it said EXP 3/2015 Yet another Ackman lie. By the way, I didn't buy one, I bought 2 units of product. And also by the way, it tastes great and I feel incredible.
I am ok with their gas as it is not particularly well thought or clever. I can not imagine that even a novice investor would be rattled by any post they have made ever on this board. The fundamentals are very solid here there can be no attack of that fact. The whole premise still rests on Ackman's ability to explain to governing agencies why they should side with a short seller and attack a fine company who has always maintained good communication and made some changes to improve transparency and build stronger relationships and disciplines inside their net works. People like the product and many people like the opportunity to buy it at a discount or make some supplemental income. No one really gets hurt here by trying the business opportunity. There is a liberal return policy that prevents loading the distributor with unwanted product. The harsh critics of the company really do not understand the entrepreneurial spirit that allows some people to step forward. Many will not succeed but the individuals who embrace it with a good business plan can have a nice opportunity. In any case the situation to address personal health care through improving diet and nutrition is a good benefit money aside. So really where is the crime ? Helping people ? Get a life shorties.
