Let's be kind and simply say- the uneducated are less analytical...and the poor are less likely to be educated....simple as that and that's where the buyers are - One ad firm did a study on billboards and the Filipinos are big on buying products based on a simple billboard ad... We are talking tens of millions here...I suspect the Chinese, Thais are same same, but different!
