I have a disclosure, too. I sold out 1/3 of my position in (mostly) December, to diversify into ACI and COCO, among other things. (But NTZ is still my 2nd largest holding after ACI, and my short term target is $3.00-3.25.)
That having been said, i was thoroughly DISGUSTED with the last earnings report...and management's "deck chair" maneuvers, and see this company's business model as STILL just as SICK as it was 5 years ago, as evidenced by the sales declines.
There's been a lot of hoopla about the restructurings, internally, and the new chair. But is the new chair the direction NTZ needs to go....or does it need to sell the company and brand out to a Chinese outfit, and let the chips fall where they may, in temrs of labor cost, and labor sourcing?
If Pasquale Natuzzi is convinced that there may NEVER be a level playing field, why not just sell out the company, and get while the getting is good. I dare well suspect we could get $5, for the company, in a sale. Considering then WORLDWIDE brand awareness.
