Yes, hundreds of disgruntled workers talking about "Pell runners," recruiting homeless people, paying for performance (which is illegal), and inflated grades. It may be just a matter of time before it gets to the NY Times (it's less likely to happen in the Washington Post). One University of Phoenix worker admitted that APOL "owns" the HLC accreditation organization. But that's not going to stop students from figuring out that University of Phoenix is a high risk investment. And without students and government welfare money, APOL is nothing.
