Looks like Blanford bought 3000 shares yesterday at $34.39 per share. Nice to see the President/CEO buying $100,000 plus of stock.

On the flip side, Stiller exercised some options and disposed of shares. However, he still holds 5,710,158 shares.

    • big deal, he bought 3000 shares......that's his only

    • Agreed. Larry is putting his money where his mouth is and this is good news. As for Bob Stiller's option exercise and stock sale, it looks like it may represent 3% or so of his holdings. If he were to sell 50%+, I would begin to worry.

I think Bob and Larry both know the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is a sale to Kraft, P&G, or even Coke. This is the type of brand and razor/razorblade business that the consumer products companies pay a major premium to own. Just look at the price Coke paid for Glaceau/VitaminWater ($4.1 bn) and the multiple of sales (something like 15x). Green Mountain would fetch roughly $200 per share.

I think there is room for this stock to grow (and so does our CEO!).

      Blanford Lawrence J.
      President and C.E.O.
