    Good alliance!

"Siebel Systems' outstanding technology and market leadership have significantly impacted the way companies do business," said Paul Sutton, President and CEO of Kabira Technologies. "We believe that with the addition of Kabira Technologies' capabilities, Siebel Systems' customers will further benefit by streamlining the life cycle from end user prospect to revenue- generating monthly subscriber."

The integration of Kabira Technologies' Provisioning & Service Activation with Siebel eCommunications 7 allows service providers to monitor and detect provisioning problems quickly and accurately, enhancing new customer revenue assurance, reducing truck rolls, and addressing problems proactively before services are impacted. When the Siebel user creates an order, service and network information maintained in Kabira is accessible within the Siebel user interface. After the order is created in the Siebel application, order and product information are sent to Kabira Provisioning & Service Activation in real time. Order status updates, exceptions and alerts can be sent from Kabira Provisioning & Service Provisioning Workflow to Siebel eBusiness Applications

    • Why?? Never heard of this company. Do they have much market share? Many customers? Is this going to drive revenue for SEBL?? Hard to tell. Looks like just another case of a small parasite company trying to ride SEBL's tattered coattails.
