Just wanted investors to know that I believe Yahoo Finance has the market cap wrong. According to QIHU's Form 20-F, there are Class A and Class B ordinary shares, the weighted average ordinary shares are 168,709,221 as of 12/31/12. Therefore, with a $48.72 price, the market cap is $8.2 Billion as opposed to the $5.8 Billion being stated by Yahoo Finance. Just wanted to clarify to those people who are looking for the SEC Filings and can't verify Yahoo's statement of shares o/s of 118M, when it's really 168M. So QIHU is actually much more pricey than stated. Net income per basic share for 2012 came out to $0.26 as stated by QIHU, which is a 187 PE ratio.
