they make cheap, shoddy machines. their customer engineers run around all day long because their stuff is so bad
the CE's (customer engineers) run around all day long, fixing IBM terminals. The NCR equipment is rarely a break/fix.
Next time you see one, ask them.....they'll tell you.
Ya right and NCR doesn't stand for "Never Completely Repaired" IBM makes much better equipment. Besides why the complaining it's a job and it gives you bums something to always be complaining about!
