Please correct me if I'm wrong, but won't they pay about $20 million in interest in the first year after selling the $300 million in notes at an interest rate of 6.875%? On the CC, there was no discussion of how this would eat into their profits. Constructive comments from anyone would be appreciated.
They were asked about that, but refused to speculate on a quantitative basis. They were just gushing about how they were diversifying their product lines and how well they expected their three 2014 films to do. Sounds very promising, but for the time being, they just took on $300 million more debt along with those interest payments. I wouldn't jump in with both feet for awhile yet.
