you are aware this is a LP and that it does not pay a dividend, per se, but pays a distribution. you will have to account for it differently come tax time.
My understanding is (and certainly could be completely wrong) that there is no tax liability on the dispersal of profits until the amount exceeds your original investment. Yes??, No??
Answer is NO.First thing you need to do is to learn how to read the K-1 sent by the company every year.In short part of the pay off is return of capital and part is dividend.
