I get $2.24 per common unit DCF for 12 months ended 7/31/2009 versus $1.87 per unit ended 7/31/2008...if I did that right. That sounds pretty good. They could increase distribution slightly if they wanted to.
No increase. Ther're working the credit markets to expand; buy small compeditors. Paid 0.50/quarter foreever. A pure 10% income investment. FGP's ability to survive poor economic environments is impressive.
